Preparatory activities in the development of investment projects (study management, design, certification of public-legal bodies, ...)
Provision of location, construction and other necessary building permits

Development of tender documentation according to EU, EBRD, public procurement, FIDIC or similar rules for public and private clients
Analysis of bids and consultancy in selection of designer, supervision, contractor, supplier
