  • Preparatory activities in the development of investment projects (study management, design, certification of public-legal bodies, ...)
  • Provision of location, construction and other necessary building permits

    • Development of tender documentation according to EU, EBRD, public procurement, FIDIC or similar rules for public and private clients
    • Analysis of bids and consultancy in selection of designer, supervision, contractor, supplier
    • Analysis of input data, development and / or consultation on the creation of an optimal contract on services and / or works (service contract, construction contract, FIDIC, EPC, "turnkey", public procurement etc.)

    • Project management (control of deadlines, quality and finances)
