Goran Vuleta was born in Zagreb. He attended XV gymnasium in Zagreb. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, University of Zagreb, the course of Energy. In 2015, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb with a graduate course in Business Administration - BBA.
Since 2012, he has been employed at EKONERG - Energy Research and Environmental Protection Institute Ltd. Until his promotion to the position of Head of Energy Department, he held the position of Senior Consultant in the same department.
Mr. Vuleta has ten (10) years of experience in the energy sector. He was responsible for project management on Owner’s Engineering services for power plants. He also conducted technical due diligence, site visits, designs and facilitates construction monitoring of energy projects. Furthermore, he is experienced in the performing feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis of numerous energy projects, including RES plants, coal and natural gas fired power plants, district heating networks, gas pipeline and LNG terminals.
A project to point out among the most recent ones is the management of consulting services during the contracting of a new combined- cycle cogeneration unit in EL-TO Zagreb (Unit L, 150 MW).
