Graduated in 1990 at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, University of Zagreb, course in process and power engineering. Since 1992 he has been working at EKONERG as expert in the field of energy and environmental protection. He has led and coordinated a number of projects in the area of air quality monitoring and pollutant emissions. He was in charge of the project "Accreditation of Calibration Laboratory for Emissions and Air Quality Monitoring in accordance with ISO 17025". The project was co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund through the "Regional Competitiveness” operational program. He is the Chairman of the working group of the Air Quality Laboratory (HAA) and the Sectoral Laboratory Committee (HAA).
